Hilton Manila hosts Jewel of the World 2019 Press Presentation

Fifteen of the seventeen international delegates were officially presented to the media at the beautiful pool area of the newly-opened Hilton Manila. Wearing the latest collection of Blue Tang, a resort wear brand of designers Mr. Edwin Uy and Dave Ocampo, the delegates smiled and waved to the crowd unmindful of the scorching summer heat before changing to their official canary yellow swimwear by Designer Mr Sony Mindo. Reigning Jewel of the World , South Africa's Neena Macaire Bezuidenhout was present along with last year's second runner up Achelle Joy Medrano of the Philippines who also hosted the event.

 This year's line up of international delegates include: Huli Xie (China), Akassi Simone Sarah Assale ( Cote D 'Ivoire), Susy Sacoto (Ecuador), Jade Man, (France), Lauretta Thompson (Ghana), Wynnona Sli (Malaysia), Nandar Lin (Myanmar), Maria Divine Angela Veranga (Philippines), Kayla Maloney ( South Africa), Chontida Chatsirichai (Thailand) , Marcshalla Kahleck (USA), and Cynthia Sakala (Zambia). Eugene Segnon Videgia of Togo and Apaysha Khadka of Nepal are scheduled to arrive May 8.

Jewel of the World 2019 Pageant is scheduled from May 4, 2019 and will culminate with a glittering coronation night in May 14 , 2019 at GT-Toyota Asian Cultural Center, Diliman.
