Miss Eco International PH Maureen Montagne is all set to represent the country in this year's Miss Eco International pageant to be held at the Almasa Capital Theater in Cairo, Egypt on March 29.
Maureen files to Egypt on March 12 to join the pre-pageant activities that kick-off with a press conference and Eco tour on March 14 in Cairo.
Pageant fans and critics alike are praying foe a back-to-back win, although Maureen herself acknowledges the great pressure in duplicating Cynthia Thomalla's historic win as the country's first ever Miss Eco International last year. Miss World Philippines National Director Arnold Vegafria is optimistic aboit Maureen's chances of bagging the crown
