Statement from Arnold Vegafria, National Director, Miss Eco Philippines

In light of mounting viral rumors alluding to the dethronement of reigning Miss Eco International 2019 Suheyn Cipriani of Peru and the subsequent appointment of Miss Eco International 2019 1st Runner-Up Maureen Montagne as the new Miss Eco International 2019, the Miss World Philippines organization cautions all concerned media from disseminating such unconfirmed reports, and advises everyone to wait for the official announcement from the Miss Eco International organization, to settle the issue once and for all.
The Miss World Philippines organization affirms its support to Miss Eco International founder Dr. Amaal Rezk, and will respect and abide by her decision regarding this pressing issue.
