Liza Sofia Hansen of Cordova City, Cebu was crowned Little Princess Philippines 2016 during the coronation night held at the Ballroom of Eurotel Hotel North Edsa in Quezon City. She will be representing the Philippines in the 2017 Princess International pageant.

1st runner-up - Juliana Torres of Tarlac City
2nd runner-up - Shirleena Joice Espinoza of Olongapo City
Little Princess Luzon - Precious Faith Astrero of Isabela
Little Princess Visayas - Mary Reign Fernandez of Cebu City
Gla.Mour Productions by husband and wife team of Ronald and Maan Aris are the franchise holder for most of the Princess and Teen pageants in the Philippines.
